FROM HERE
A Private Coaching Experience for Your Next Chapter
You know what happened.
Now let's build what comes next.
A private coaching experience for women who have spent enough time understanding their church hurt and are ready to trust themselves, make aligned choices, and intentionally build the life and faith that come next.
8 private coaching sessions • 8–10 weeks
$997 paid in full or 3 payments of $349
You've done a lot of understanding.
You can name some of what happened.
You recognize unhealthy dynamics.
You've learned about people-pleasing, boundaries, religious conditioning, and maybe even
the ways your nervous system learned to associate compliance with safety.
You've read.
Journaled.
Prayed.
Watched the videos.
Maybe you've been to therapy.
And you've gained real insight.
But then life happens.
Someone is disappointed with you, and suddenly you're questioning your decision.
You know you need a boundary, but you spend three days trying to find the "right" way to say it.
You want something for yourself and immediately wonder if that makes you selfish.
You know you don't want to live by the old rules anymore.
You just aren’t completely sure how to live without them.
That’s the gap From Here was created to help you cross.
The question changes.
"What happened to me?"

"Given what I know now... how do I want to live?"
That question changes everything.
Understanding your story is essential.
But understanding alone doesn't automatically teach you how to:
• trust yourself
• make decisions
• hold boundaries
• tolerate someone's disappointment
• build a life that reflects your own values
Insight opens the door.
Practice helps you walk through it.
A private coaching experience for what's next.
From Here is a six-session coaching experience designed for women who are ready to move beyond understanding and begin practicing a different way of living.
Together, we'll work with the life you're living now.
The decisions in front of you.
The boundaries you're trying to hold.
The old rules you keep bumping into.
The values you're rediscovering.
The faith questions you're learning not to rush.
This isn't about becoming the opposite of who you used to be.
It's about becoming more fully yourself.
The From Here Journey
01
Locate
Where am I now?
We'll take an honest look at where you are, what has shifted, what still feels stuck, and what you hope this next season becomes.
02
Unlearn
Which old rules are still making my choices?
Together, we'll identify inherited expectations that still influence your relationships, boundaries, faith, goals, and everyday decisions.
03
Reclaim
What actually belongs to me?
We'll reconnect with your values, needs, preferences, convictions, and desires without forcing immediate certainty.
04
Practice
What does self-trust look like in everyday life?
Boundaries.
Decisions.
Hard conversations.
We'll work with what's actually happening in your life so you can practice choosing differently.
05
Align
What do I want my life to reflect?
We'll begin building, not just leaving behind.
Relationships.
Faith.
Purpose.
Rest.
Community.
Identity.
06
Move Forward
How do I continue without making someone else my authority?
We'll create a sustainable path forward rooted in your values, your voice, and your growing capacity for self-trust.
Imagine...
• trusting yourself
• setting boundaries
• making decisions
• living from your values
Is From Here the Right Fit?
This coaching experience is designed for women who are ready to move beyond understanding what happened and begin intentionally building what comes next.
✓ This May Be a Good Fit If...
You understand a lot about your church hurt or religious conditioning, but insight hasn't fully translated into how you live.
You find yourself second-guessing decisions you already know you want to make.
You struggle with guilt around boundaries, disappointing people, or choosing yourself.
You recognize that old religious expectations still influence your choices.
You're trying to distinguish your own values and convictions from what you were taught to want.
You're asking what faith looks like when it is chosen rather than performed.
You're ready to practice, experiment, make decisions, and take action between sessions.
Most importantly...
You don't want another person telling you who to be.
You want support becoming more able to choose for yourself.
✦ This May Not Be the Right Fit Right Now
From Here is coaching, not psychotherapy.
It is designed for women who are emotionally stable and ready to focus on self-trust, values, boundaries, decision-making, spiritual identity, and aligned action.
If your primary need right now is trauma processing, diagnosis or treatment of a mental health condition, crisis support, or stabilization of significant symptoms, therapy would likely provide the support you're looking for.
If it becomes clear that another form of care would better meet your needs, I'll always be honest with you.
My goal isn't to fit you into an offer.
It's to help you find the support that's actually right for you.
Is Coaching the Right Fit?
Both coaching and therapy are valuable. They simply serve different purposes.
Coaching
Future-focused
Builds self-trust and agency
Supports values, boundaries, and decision-making
Designed for women ready to take action
Encourages implementation and growth
Therapy
Often explores both past and present
Treats mental health concerns
Addresses trauma, diagnosis, and emotional stabilization
Designed for healing, treatment, and clinical support
Encourages healing and symptom reduction
*If you're unsure which is the better fit, you don't have to figure it out alone. We'll determine that together.

No. From Here is open to you whether you attend church regularly, occasionally, are taking a break, have left altogether, or are unsure whether you want to return. You will not be pressured toward a particular relationship with church.
Not at all. You are allowed to arrive with questions, contradictions, changing beliefs, or no clear label for what you believe. This is a place to become more honest about what is true for you—not to force certainty before you are ready.
Sometimes I may offer a perspective, question, resource, or practical option... with your permission. But I will not tell you what to believe or make important decisions for you. Our work is designed to help you hear yourself more clearly and make choices you can genuinely own.
We will name that with care and without judgment. Coaching is not a substitute for mental health treatment. If your needs move beyond the scope of coaching, I will encourage you to connect with a licensed therapist or another appropriate professional. Depending on what you need, coaching may pause, end, or continue alongside therapy with clear boundaries.
Yes. Your experiences in church may be an important part of understanding where you are now. We can explore how those experiences have shaped your beliefs, relationships, boundaries, decisions, and sense of self. If the work requires trauma treatment or clinical support, I will help you recognize that distinction and encourage appropriate care.
You do not have to eliminate every doubt before moving forward. Together, we can slow the decision down, clarify what matters, separate fear from meaningful information, and identify the smallest honest next step. The goal is not perfect certainty; it is making a thoughtful choice while trusting your ability to respond to what comes next.
Maybe coaching isn't your next step.
And that's okay.
If you're still asking questions like...
Was what happened actually harmful?
Am I making too much of this?
Why did this affect me so deeply?
Then your next step may not be coaching.
Start with the Church Hurt Clarity Guide.
It will help you begin naming common patterns of church hurt and spiritual harm while giving you space to reflect on your own experience without forcing you toward a conclusion.
Welcome to From Here.
You don't need another rulebook.
You don't need another person telling you who you're supposed to be.
You need space to practice trusting yourself again.
To make thoughtful choices.
To discover what matters to you.
To build a life and a faith that reflects who you're becoming instead of who fear taught you to be.
If that's where you are...
Welcome to From Here.
You know what happened.
Now let's build what comes next.
