You deserve a place where every part of your story is welcome.
Healing doesn't require pretending.
It doesn't require certainty.
It begins in a relationship where you feel safe enough to be fully known.

For a long time, I believed healing meant trying harder.
Trying to have more faith.
Trying to quiet my questions.
Trying to become the version of myself I thought God expected.
But eventually I realized something important.
Healing doesn't begin with certainty.
It begins with safety.
When our nervous system doesn't feel safe, neither our relationships nor our faith can flourish.
That realization changed my own life.
It also changed the kind of counselor I want to become.
Today, I'm completing my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling while specializing in trauma-informed, attachment-based care for women navigating church hurt, religious trauma, anxiety, identity concerns, and relational wounds.
My hope isn't to tell you what to believe.
It's to create a space where healing becomes possible.
Because I believe your questions deserve compassion.
Your grief deserves witness.
And your story deserves to be held with care.
Healing isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about reconnecting with who you've always been beneath fear, shame, and survival.
I believe...
emotional safety comes before transformation
questions can be sacred
faith and critical thinking can coexist
attachment wounds influence how we relate to ourselves, others, and God
the nervous system matters
healing happens in relationship
lasting change cannot be rushed
Every client brings a different story.
But healing often follows a similar rhythm.
Awareness
Learning to recognize the beliefs, experiences, attachment patterns, and nervous system responses that shaped your story.
Acceptance
Creating enough emotional safety to meet yourself with compassion instead of criticism.
Alignment
Building a life and a faith that reflect who you are becoming instead of who fear taught you to be.

I May Be a Good Fit if...
You're looking for someone who will honor both your emotional health and your spiritual journey.
You want therapy that is trauma-informed and clinically grounded without dismissing your faith.
You're seeking a counselor who values curiosity over certainty, compassion over shame, and relationship over performance.

Beyond the Therapy Room...
When I'm not working with clients or studying counseling, you'll probably find me tending my garden, spending time with my family, roller skating, dancing, or enjoying a quiet afternoon with a good book and a cup of coffee.
I believe rest, beauty, and ordinary moments are part of healing too.
I'd be honored to walk with you.
Whether you're carrying questions you've never spoken aloud or wounds that still feel tender, you don't have to navigate them alone.
